Pcos and medrol

I am a 29F and i have pcos i dont usually take any medication but i got injured a few weeks ago and i was put on medrol i hade my period on the 5th-13th of September it was not normal very light not much cramping but any way my calculated ovulation week started the 20th and i started spotting and having severe cramps. Has anyone else had this happen it feels like my period normally feels like but i just had my period so its not adding up to me
