PMS 2 weeks early???

Question

I've always had a very regular period with minimal PMS more than a week out. I also never get very emotional. Now this month I'm feeling so so emotional and having cramps and sore breasts 2 weeks out! I dont know what's going on and I know I'm not pregnant. If anyone has any advice or guidance please help! I feel so off and like I cant get my head together😓

You can experience PMS from the time you ovulate right up until your period, sometimes it’s ok and others it’s very noticeable. 
It’s normal for your cycle to change over time and for you to have more symptoms you haven’t had before
