Urine concentrated enough for FRER

This is probably a dumb question. I am 5dpt5dt today, broke down and tested and got a BFN. I calculated since I had gotten up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and it had only been 3.5-4 hours before I took the FRER. Was my urine too diluted for an accurate reading? I’m trying to keep hope alive!

(I don’t know if it’s the PIO shots but I have been getting up to use the bathroom every 4 hours the last few nights like clockwork, so I don’t know if I’ll be able to test at all if I need to wait longer than 4 hours!) Anyone have this happen on progesterone shots/supplements and estrogen patches?
