Ectopic?

Hello beautiful ladies. I was wondering have any of you had an ectopic pregnancy, and if so what were your symptoms? Did you get a positive pregnancy test? How did you find out?

I’ve never had one but my best friend has. She had really bad cramping on one side and was bleeding really heavy. She had just ended her period like 2.5 weeks prior to this so there was no way of her being on her period again. She was nauseous, had hot sweats and was sweating badly. She ended up going to the ER and they had taken blood from her and decided to give her a pregnancy year test. She ended up testing positive and then they confirmed it was an ectopic pregnancy with ultrasound. Luckily, her tube didn’t rupture since she was passing all of the tissue already. They just told her to go home, take it easy and to take OTC pain meds if she needed to.

Yes my lines got dark. My hcg stopped at 1000. I had cramping, rectal pain, spotting, light-headed, and a sense of doom about the pregnancy. I had surgery at six weeks to remove my left tube.

Personally had one took weeks after period was due for a positive pregnancy test. HCG levels hit over 5,000 at one point and had to get a scan done because of bleeding and cramps that’s when I found out it was ectopic and almost had to have emergency surgery for removal.
