Pink milk in bottle?

Can someone please help me?! We noticed there was a pink stain on our sons clothes. Then I noticed it was in one of his bottles and his bottle parts were stained with pink. Only in one bottle. And then today I found a bottle that’s been missing under the couch. I was his bottles very thoroughly and sterilize them often. He is both breastfed and supplemented with formula as well. I’m waiting to hear back from my lactation consultant, and will talk to his doctor if needed.

When I read your post I thought it was a bit of blood mixed with the pimped milk. But looking at these poctures I don’t think a bit of blood could make milk that bright pink. Probably someone added something in milk.

If you're pumping pink milk it is usually a sign that so e blood has gotten mixed in with the milk.

Is there a possibility someone gave him something? I don't think any type of milk breast milk or formula fades to bright pink. It looks like someone put something else in it

Thank you everyone! I found out it was blood that cause the milk to have a reaction to it. I got a new pump and the suction was really strong. Even on the lowest settings, it felt like my nipple was being pulled off and the skin around my nipples were peeling and they were raw. 
There are no other kids in our home, it’s just us, our son, and our dog (our other kid lol). I freaked out on my fiancé when I first found it because I thought he gave him something or someone gave him something. But all is well! Thank y’all!

Your flange is too small for your breast pump. The same thing happened to my sister. Once she got the right size it stopped.

Do u have older children in the home that maybe drank something pink out of it and then ur son got a hold of it
