Is anyone else experiencing cramps/back pain at about 5weeks?

I've just got a positive pregnancy test today - 3+ weeks on the clear blue test. I missed my period 3days ago!

Has anyone else had cramps/backache this early on with watery discharge? Almost feels like your periods going to start - but no blood.
I'm worried something is wrong! But I won't get a phone call from the midwife for atleast 2-3days maybe 2 weeks!
This is my first so I have NO IDEA what to expect and what's normal!😳😅
