Mucus plug / Labor

First thing - I’m 33 weeks and 6 days writing this, on Tuesday 9-21-21.

So Sunday night I ate a burger and fries. I woke up at 4am throwing up on Monday and I could feel my stomach gurgling like I was going to have diarrhea but hadn’t happened. So on Monday (yesterday) at 11:30 I had an ultrasound appointment for the baby. I wasn’t feeling good and couldn’t stop throwing up and my stomach was cramping so bad! After the appointment they transferred me to labor and delivery just to get checked out. When they hooked me up to the monitor I was contracting every 5 mins. I was checked and I’m 2 1/2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I still had contractions around every 5 mins for about 6 hours, but My cervix wasn’t changing so they pumped me full of fluids and they stopped.

Move to today, I go to wipe and see a huge glob of discharge and it’s tinged with brown blood. I have been having that brown blood tinged every time I wiped today.

Should I be on the lookout for labor soon?
