7/8 month old schedules?

Question

My 8 month old is sleep trained but we are currently having early morning wakings. I know her schedule needs adjusted, just not sure which part.

7-8a wakes 
3 hrs awake 
nap 1 (1.5-2hrs)
3 hrs awake 
Nap 2 (.5-1.5 hrs)- depends on nap 1
Awake 3-3.5 hrs
Bedtime around 7-8p

Maybe try to shorten the naps like 15 or so minutes and see what happens? We had this and cut both her naps 15 minutes each and saw a pretty quick result. She was just getting too much daytime sleep.

My second she’s 7 months she takes one nap at 10/11 am then up till about 8/9:30pm she eats 3/4 8 oz bottles with some mashed up foods she sleeps from 8/9:30 till about 7/8 am
