How many times a day does your baby usually eat solids?

What time of the day do they usually eat? How much do they normally eat?

He is struggling with solids but I still offer once or twice a day. Lunch and dinner

He still has the tongue thrust reflex, I check about once a week. I'm not pushing solids until he loses it since I don't see the point if it's all going to be pushed out anyways 🤷
