I am scared high hcg but slow rising

Hello everyone, so i found out via hpt on 6 sept that i am pregnant. I am 6wks and 1day today. This is now my 3rd pregnancy. The first was a MC 2015 and the second was a blighted ovum that ended up as MC 2020. The 3rd pregnancy i am worried because i am 42 yes old and on 9 sept i started bleeding a lot bright red for about 2 hours (this turned into brown spotting for 5 days), i called my dr on the 9th and she had me come in on 10 sept for my hcg betas 23,000, progesterone was 24.4 & then on 14 sept 43,000.
I finally had an in person visit with my dr yesterday, she was concerned about how my hcg was rising. She said i should have had 83,000 on the 14th. And that my hcg is not doubling as it should. She had one of those portable machines for ultrasound she tried to do the ultrasound, we saw the sac and maybe a yoke or something. She didn’t like the shape of the sac but she also kept saying i am too early for her machine the office should have booked me a week later.
Needless to say she is concerned she wants me to go to the imaging place and have an ultrasound done on Monday. She also had my beta done yesterday it came back 84,000. So my numbers only doubled in a week. I am so confused because the last two times i was pregnant my hcg were so low the first one was dropping, while the second was slowly rising. This is the first time my numbers have been so high but it is slowly rising.
She prescribed me one low dose aspirin a day starting now and also progesterone for when we determine the viability of the pregnancy.
I am so scared that i may have another blighted ovum. I am so tired of worrying and being scared. On top of that pregnancy symptoms is kicking my butt. I can’t keep anything down.
My numbers are below
