How should I clean myself?

I never use soap down there, just water, but i was wondering if I should use soap or anything. I know to avoid my vagina and everything but should I try honeypot or something? it’s just that I saw this tiktok about soaps you can use on your vulva and whatnot and i saw some women saying if you don’t use soap you’re nasty… Like I feel like I need a really detailed explanation of how to cleanse myself. I feel dirty… and my clitoris is really sensitive so directly touching really hurts so i don’t know how to go about making sure ALL of me is clean… please help 😭

Everyone is different however I do believe you should be using some kind of soap. Your clitoris may hurt from lack of hygiene. Your clitoris should not hurt to touch. That sounds like an infection. I’d look into mild soaps. I personally only use dove/bar soap. Don’t use feminine hygiene products. They suck and I always end up being allergic.

Anything external you can use a mild soap preferably not scented as you don’t wanna throw off the ph or anything. As for your internal areas in the vagina, please do not put soap. Just rinsing the area with warm water and not putting anything up there is just fine. You are not gross. Your vagina cleans itself. Anything outside, use a small amount of soap and warm water.

Some women prefer warm water! It’s what works best for you, I use unscented dove on a warm washcloth for the outside only. And then warm water for the outer lips. As long as you feel fresh and you don’t smell you are doing everything right!

Vagina is meant to clean itself. All you need is to use warm water and wash down there and you're doing it right! Also soap can cause your ph balance to get thrown off and can cause UTI's so water works just fine:)

I use a bar of soap or a gentle cleanser. I heard someone say once “if it’s not good enough to put on your face, then it’s not good enough for your coochie!”
Just avoid the opening, I put soap only on where I grow pubes.
