Anyone in their 8th week and still cramping?

I have been cramping since I found out i was pregnant at like 4 weeks. However today in the afternoon I had this sharp cramp that had me a bit worried there was no bleeding . It hasn’t come back since just mild cramping now and there has been no bleeding at all since I found out i was pregnant and i am 8 weeks 2 days for reference. Should i be concerned that I still have cramping. Is it something worth a trip to the ER or is normal for first trimester.
