Acid reflux help?
Last night I was sleeping on my right side and I woke up choking on whatever came up. It woke me right up and I was coughing for a good 10 min. It was horrible to say the least. This has never happened during any of my other pregnancies so this is new to me. Any advice on how to deal with this. That was just a horrible experience to say the least.
