Dilated bowel loop? 35 week ultrasound

I'm 35weeks 4 days and had an ultrasound today for fluid check. It was noted that there was a portion of a dilated bowel loop measuring 1.34cm. Dr stated it's dilated but within normal range still.

Has anyone had this happen and the baby did not need any surgery or medical intervention when born?

Dr said sometimes the baby swallows the amniotic fluid and it goes to stomach/bowel which can cause build up. After she's born we just need to make sure she is eating and has normal wet diapers and bowel movements. If not further testing will need to be done.

Any advice and stories is appreciated as I'm trying not to stress ☺️
