What time do you put your LO to bed?

Do they sleep through the night or do you have to do some night feedings? What do their naps look like during the day?

Who are all these people with 4 month olds who sleep through the night?!? 😭 we’re in the thick of the 4 month sleep regression, so my daughter is waking up every 1-3 hours, and naps haven’t been great either

My LO starts bedtime at 7pm and is asleep between 730/745. She sleeps 11-11.5 hours no waking and gets up around 7am for a bottle. 
All babies are different and schedules really should be made to fit your LOs needs. This is basically how our day goes but the late afternoon nap is hit or miss and fluctuates on time and length a lot. If I let her sleep too long at the 12:30 nap then she won’t go back down again until bedtime and she gets fussy so I wake her to make sure she has a chance to get a little nap in before bedtime.

- [ ] 715 bottle, quiet play time, story time 
- [ ] 830 nap
- [ ] 915 up, change diaper, get dressed
- [ ] 930 bottle, tummy time and floor exercises
- [ ] 1030 nap

- [ ] 300 up, change diaper 
- [ ] 315 bottle, tummy time and floor exercises

My baby isnt on the ideal schedule for most recommended but we have tried different things and so far this is what works best for her and has her sleeping longer
Up-9am
1st nap-11 (30 min sadly)
2nd nap - 1:30 (30 min)
3rd nap - 3:30 (1:30/2)
4th nap -7/7:30 (30 min)
Bedtime -10 pm
(Night feeding)
 4:30am,
6:30am 
And up at 9 am

My boy sleeps anywhere from 930-10:30pm. Up around 2am/3am for a feeding and change of diaper, and then again around 7am. I’ve tried putting him to bed earlier about 7/8pm, and he will only nap for a little and be wide awake.  I’m so jealous of the mama’s with babies who sleep all night! 
My boy will be 4 months next week.

Little one goes to be by 7pm. He sleeps from 7-6am(ish) then wakes up eats and goes back to bed until 8:30 when I wake him up. He naps 3 times throughout the day. Usually around 10, 1:30 and 4. He will be 4 months on the 28th.

My boy’s schedule is flexible but pretty close to the same thing every day so far: 
8:30am - wake up, eat (Breastfed), diaper change 
9:00am- tummy time
9:30am - nap #1 
11:15am - wake up, eat (breastfed), diaper change
12:00pm - tummy time 
12:30pm - nap #2 
2pm - wake up, eat (Breastfed) (15 minutes later some veggie purée), diaper change
4:45pm - nap #3 
6:15pm - wake up, eat (Breastfed), diaper change
6:30pm- tummy time 
6:45pm - bath (water play)
7:15pm- eat (Breastfed), rock in chair until drowsy, then put in crib
He usually dream feeds at 12-1am, 5-6am then wakes at 8:30am. Occasionally he adds a feed at 3am but usually during a growth spurt.

She goes to bed at 8 and sleeps through the night. We don’t do any night time feedings aside from the one right before bed. I just let her nap whenever she feels like, she’s not on a nap schedule yet.

7:30 as regular as clockwork - it’s the only thing about his “routine” that’s regular at the moment though!

My little guy goes down between 8-9 so I can have a little time with my husband. Occasionally we’ll stay up till around 10 and watch a movie and cuddle.
