Me and my husband are currently in the process of saving and fixing his credit so we can buy a house when our lease is up but today we got am email from our rental property saying if we are unhappy with the house we are renting they can talk to our landlord about letting us out the lease and that they coming to do an inspection on the 28 because it was bought to they attention that the house have an urine smell me and my husband been complaining about the smell the last tents had a dog and the house have carpet so now all the company keep writing me about is letting us out the lease but wouldn't that hurt our rental history
