I’ve had EXTREME swelling this time around (3rd pregnancy, 35w+2d) in my hands, feet, and face. Everything is negative for pre-e but my BP has slowly started increasing (stayed around 140-143/80-85 yesterday). I went to see my hematologist yesterday & prior I was laying down & while I was at my appt, my feet started getting HUGE. To the point I barely walked out of the office they hurt so bad & were so swollen. They started seeping water. I put compression socks on, 2 hours later, my feet were still seeping & so were my hands! I called my OB & she told me what to do & if it didn’t work, come in L/D. She did reassure me our goal right now is to make it to 37 weeks. my feet were still swollen but did stop seeping as wel as my hands. This morning, they’re still swollen. What could this even be or mean!? She said it was concerning I had so much fluid it was seeping out of my extremities but never mentioned of possibilities it could lead to.
