Anxiety after c section
Anyone else get really bad anxiety after your delivery?
I had a bad scare in the hospital 8 hours after the surgery and ever since then I feel like I can't breathe or my heart is racing.
I do have GAD.
my blood results, oxygen, blood pressure and heart rate have been fine though which is whats making me think its anxiety.
Idk how to chill tf out!!
