What are some things that have helped you mamas increase milk supply? I feel like my son is never content after feedings

Empty breasts! Also Legendairy milk supplements helped me. Also body armor drinks. This is my 12th month of exclusive pumping and that has worked for me.

Sunflower lecithin vitamins! Look it up on Amazon. It increased my supply SO much!!

Oatmeal,  lactation cookies,  carbs (pizza was always a great increase for me ☺️🍕), lots of water (keep your electrolytes up too)... I had to eat and drink everytime I pumped. I didn't lose my PP weight very fast (still working on it actually) but I exclusively pumped for 14 months with no supplementing.
