Boyfriend says he needs “time and space”

So a lot went down Thursday morning g w my bf and I. My trust issues are really bad and I found out he added this girl on snap that wasn’t from our city so it was obviously a little sus and whenever he was at work they would snap eachother a ton. My dumbass was worried who this girl was and asked my bfs coworker who she was, well this coworker told me bf I asked him and it turns out she was nothing more than a girl ANOTHER coworker liked that my bf was getting answers for, kind of like a stupid “do you like him, circle yes or no” type shit. Anyways now my bf feels betrayed and hurt and I’ve expressed how sorry I am and how badly not talking to him is effecting me but he won’t see me or talk to me. He keeps saying he needs time and space, but I’m still in his insta bio, his photos of us are still up, he still opens my snaps and keeps our streaks…do you think he’s planning to break up with me? Or does he really just need some time to himself….ladies. men. HELP.
