Breastfeeding weight loss
Any moms that haven’t lost weight bc they’re breastfeeding? The first time around I bf for about 3 months but it made drop weight so fast. This time around I am almost 1 year into bf this October and haven’t lost anything lol nor does it feel like it’s helping me loose weight. I’m hoping to wean her off when she’s 1 but any loose the weight until AFTER they were done?
