Anyone on their 3rd pregnancy and have all the worst symptoms you didn't have the first two rounds?

First 2 I felt awful. This time I didn't have many except now I'm having horrible heartburn again 🙃

First two I never had nausea. This time around I do for the first time. I'm not vomiting, but just feel super blah and hungry but nothing sounds good!
