Having a hard time conceiving ..

I am 23 years old with no kids . I’ve been trying to conceive for almost 2 or 3 years . When I was 16 I was on birth control ( depo ) until I was maybe 17/18 .. I’ve talked to my doctor about being afraid that I’m unable to have kids . I was reassured that my body is perfectly fine & I should be able to conceive .. 🙄 .. I bought preseed, hoping it’ll work .. any tips ?
