Pain in armpits
So i woke up over an hour ago, and I've had a pretty bad pain in both of my armpits, mainly my left one, it hurts a bit when i move my arms and if I touch them/put any pressure on them.
ive tried feeling for any lumps but I don't think there are any.
Should i be worried?
