Is it wrong to let my two month old self sooth? So last night her dad change and fed her and she started to go to sleep in his arms. So he gave her to me so he could go to the bathroom. When he got back I told him to go to sleep since he has to get up early tomorrow for work. So when I got her she will not go back to sleep. She wanted to stay up and look around. I have to keep her upright at least 30 minutes because she will spit up really bad if I don’t . So while I did that I rock her and rub her back (she usually goes to sleep after that.) But not this time.( she does this every night. This not the only time). So tonight I swaddled her and put her in her crib after those 30 minutes (she was awake when I put her down). She started crying. I let her cry for 5 minutes and then I put a paci in her mouth and rub her chest to let her know that I’m here. Eventually she went on to sleep.
