Hey ladies

My son is 3 days old and my milk came in but they are SO full and not much is coming out when I feed, hand express or pump

The pain is so bad.

The same thing happened when I had my first child and I put up with it for weeks (I had to use formula and I also breastfed) I don’t want to put up with it this time.

How can I stop the milk coming in? I have been just hand expressing slowly to get the milk out that seems clogged and not expressing too much to build the supply

Any more suggestions?
