TTC with changes in cycle

I have always had a pretty regular cycle. For the past few years AF has always arrived on the 28-30 CD. We started TTC 4 months ago and ever since, it seems like my cycle is getting more and more irregular. This is month 4 and I am on CD 42, AF is late but tests have come back negative. Has this happened with anyone else?
