Femara/Letrozole false positive OPK/early ovulation.

So I took Femara/Letrozole on cycle days 3 through 5 and got Peak on an OPK on cycle day 7. I was wondering if it is possible to get a false positive on an OPK because of Femara? There was no egg white discharge at the time of the positive OPK. In fact the egg white discharge showed up on cycle day 12 (I am on cycle day 13 now) and is still present.
