Dad and baby bond

So my bf is upset because every time he gets our daughter she cries or becomes fussy. I tell him it’s because he doesn’t talk to her or sing to her or read to her. She’s 3 weeks old. He’s upset that my grandparents can hold her or my mom or his parents and she doesn’t cry but they all go out of the way to talk to her and sing with her and all the stuff your supposed to do with a baby. It irritates me because he will tell me she’s an “asshole” baby when she’s not you just aren’t taking the time to bond with her. He’s also upset that she stops crying as soon as she comes to me. I’m at home with her all day with her at all hours of course she stops when she comes to me. What do I tell him?
