Am I wrong for wanting to conceive so close together?

I am 19 going on 20 in early February, My son Leland is 3 1/2 months now and I already want to get pregnant again because I miss being pregnant and I want to grow my family. I don’t want my son to grow up alone & with a close relative because I didn’t have any close relationships with my siblings.

But look at how cute hims is😍😍
