Help? 6 weeks 2 days abdominal ultrasound .

Question

Had to sneak this pic. They wouldn’t let me see.... but I don’t see anything in this sac? Is it bc it is an abdominal scan? I’m just scared . Waiting on Er doc to come in. No bleeding Hcg good. Just worried. She did do vaginal ultrasound afterwards but again... didn’t show me and I was unable to sneak a picture of that one ..... any advice would be great

I'm 6W5D and had an Abdominal Ultrasound today and they didn't see or heard anything!! I got worried and asked them and they said it is because baby is too small and it's hard to see it or heard on a Abdominal US.
I had an transvaginal ultrasound on Monday I was 6W1D we saw the Baby and even heard the heartbeat. 
I can't  wait for Monday because I have another Transvaginal Ultrasound scheduled, so I can heard and see my Baby.

Just wait for the dr to come in and discuss results with you.
