Scarlett is currently SUPER popular where your other choices are unique.  I’d go with Freya Avalon or Avalon Freya personally!  Those are my favorite combos of the ones you posted.

Avalon is my favorite! It’s very fun and distinctive. I ’m not crazy about the spelling of Reyne, because I’m not totally sure whether you’re going for Rain or Reyna. 
Avalon Coralee would be nice too!
I like Nimue as a name but wouldn’t chose it for a child because it sounds too meek and demure, in my opinion. Not a vibe I’d want for my daughter.
Scarlett is too overused for my preference.
I love Freya although I tend to consider dirty names as middles only, personally.
