So… you may be asking how I got here to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a> number 7.

In 2018, conceived my son after 9 months of failed medicated timed intercourses day then moved into <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a>. For <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a> we got pregnant on the second one and had our son in December 2018. If it happened once it should happen again right? We were ready to start trying again in April 2020. We tried naturally until November and then started IuIs again. Each month was disappointment after disappointment. But if it happened once, it could happen again, right? After a stop and go and a few months we got pregnant in June of 2021. For about a week I was a happy clam, until my hcg didn’t go so high and plummeted and became a chemical. That sucked but I read the next few months are critical! So altogether November to September 2021 we did 7 iuis. This was our last cycle because financially we could not continue this way. I walked into my scan and said “ I’m getting pregnant this cycle”, I walked into my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a> and said “ I’m getting pregnant this cycle” then everyday since I said I’m pregnant. I cramped from the day of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a> to 8dpo. I cramped on the side of ovulation and at 7dpo I felt intense cramps in the middle. Other than that, I have had some constipation but nothing else! Most of 8dpo and 9dpo I felt nothing. I decided to do the line progression at the start of this just to see, kinda like it ain’t over till the fat lady sings. At 4am on 10dpo I was bursting to use the restroom and tested. Line at 10dpo when 8dpo was stark as seen below. I am confident this is real because I tested out trigger. Then tonight, more blazing with the last test.

My advice, positive thinking worked wonders for us! We also had sex the night I took the trigger, had <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a> ,laid for 10 minutes more than usual and was told to try to lay in my stomach due to having a very anterior uterus due to my previous c section with son, and has sex the night of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a> too. Had a 17mm on right side and for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IuI</a> 5.2 million. Not the best numbers we have had but it worked!

Ladies keep the faith! It’s a long treacherous journey at times, one I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy, but so worth it!
