Answer

Ovulation pain can occur before, during and after actual ovulation. So can’t base it off symptoms. Even cervical mucus does not determine ovulation. Opks do not determine ovulation, they just detect the surge in LH. You would want to be using opks AND temping to actually track and confirm ovulation.
