Bad swelling on my daughter’s eyelid from a mosquito bite? HELP?

My daughter was bit by a mosquito yesterday. Her eyelid is half swollen and it got worse this morning? 
I’m paranoid and want to take her to the hospital because I don’t want it to close.
What should i do?

I take my daughter Er every time something really bad just to make sure just go by your gut. Keep all updated.

I’ve taken my daughter to her pediatrician because her mosquito bite was so intense but the pediatrician told me their little immune systems are so amazing that it swells and gets huge because it’s working so hard to fight off the mosquito bite (whatever causes the reaction). The eye would be tough to treat with any lotions. I would probably give some Benadryl and maybe call the pediatrician in the morning for any other advice. Good luck!

My daughter swells like this any time she gets bitten on her face. I give Benedryl and put anti-itch on it to help keep her from scratching.
