Hackers kill baby? Or doctor at fault?

I wanted to make this post because it pulled at my heart and I’m torn on who to blame. In my personal opinion I’m saying hackers all the way but there could be room for blaming the staff as well.

I think if they suffered a cyber attack they should have not delivered any babies or attempted to perform any type of procedures until fully back up and running.
