Ttc after ectopic

Hi ladies, March 2021 I found out I was pregnant. Unfortunately the next weekend I was in the OR getting surgery for an ectopic pregnancy, my right tube was also removed. I was 6w3d and my baby had a heartbeat of 158bpm. I have Graves’ disease and am on 175mcg of Levothyroxine. After my surgery I kinda let my thyroid spiral out of control and my TSH was high for 7 months. I finally got labs done yesterday and they’re at 0.14 . I’m finally ready to try for a baby again after all of the mental breakdowns. I guess I just want to hear success stories of ttc after an ectopic pregnancy/surgery with a missing Fallopian tube & also if anyone has any pregnancy success stories w/thyroid problems .
