Infected ear lobe??

Question

I’ve had stretched ears for years and they have been the save size for 2 years but for the last month this ear seems infected? I only wear silicone tunnels, I’ve had the same ones for a year but I clean them regularly. Should I just get new tunnels? Should I clean my ear with saline or sea salt? I really don’t know what to do but it hurts and it feels warm to the touch

I wouldn’t play around with infection. Get new plugs and see a doctor for antibiotics.
