Could I be pregnant

Hey ladies, so I started bleeding/spotting 3 days before my period. My period was supposed to start 10/3, but it didn’t. I had just stopped spotting/bleeding. Me and my spouse have been trying for a baby. We had sex before and my whole ovulation week. I want to wait to test till I have missed my whole period, but is it a big possibility I can be pregnant?
