PCOS QUESTION
Anyone around here diagnosed with PCOS and had regular periods? Have you had trouble getting pregnant? I have not been officially diagnosed, but I do seem to have symptoms related to it (insulin resistance being the worst one of them). My gyn sent me to a nutriologist to change diets, recommended exercise and sent some myo-inositol pills. Would like to know some experiences around here, I’m so afraid this is why I may not be conceiving yet 😭
