Can’t keep to my calories
I know what to do to lose weight but for some reason I can’t eat 1500 calories. I am breastfeeding which makes me ravenous so maybe that has something to do with it but 1500 should be enough. What can I do to keep my calories in check? I was thinking of doing some sort of intermittent fasting so I’m only eating from like from 9-5 maybe that would help. I also know I should eat things like veg to keep me full but I really don’t like the taste of any unless cooked with oil and seasoning lol
