What does it mean if you get a positive pregnancy test while you’re on your period? 😅

Can I actually be pregnant? This is day 5 of my period and I know it’s a period bc I’m filling up a pad and tampon each day…Ive been getting negatives up until just now and I took 2 different test and both were positives and unfortunately I didn’t take any pics of the test due to the fact I thought they were just invalid bc I’m on my period. I started looking up if I actually could be pregnant and it said it’s very rare but it could happen and that it’s not actually a period 🤔 I need help please!
