My bf hasn’t talked to me in 3 days..

I’m 22 and my bf is 21 and we’ve been dating for 21 months. So my boyfriend and I were hanging out on Saturday night and everything was going great until around 4am he stopped somewhere so he can use the br outside and suggested I hold his pp while he peed and he agreed and I accidentally hurt him ig I pulled or something and he screamed out really really loud “OW THAT F*****G HURT” and as soon as he said that I immediately let go and apologized over and over because I felt so bad and after he says “YOU DID THAT ON PURPOSE” and that made me feel sad bc I know I didn’t do it on purpose, and then he said “you’re not allowed to touch my dick until I say so” or something. And I always had a bad reaction towards screaming like anyone screaming at me it just hurts my feelings and he knows this. So he got back in the car and said “that really fucking hurt” and I said “why’d you have to scream at me that I did it on purpose I didn’t do it on purpose” and he goes on and says he never accused me of it and that he just said things bc he was in pain and I just got sad and I was trying my hardest not to cry bc I’m sensitive like that and the car ride was silent for about 20 minutes and then he says “you seem so interested in talking to me” and I say “I am interested I’m just sad right now I’m sorry” and he asks me why and what’s wrong and I tell him that I didn’t like the way he yelled at me/accused me and he didn’t apologize for it. We then get on the highway and he starts speeding going up to like 120mph and I don’t say anything and he then starts screaming at me saying “why don’t you just get over it it’s something so minimal” and then I told him he didn’t understand how I felt and that i don’t like screaming and he says “sorry I’ll hold in that pain next time” but he said that so cold and mean :( and then the whole car ride stays silent and he drops me off doesn’t say a word to me or anything. And it’s been almost 3 days since we talked.. what do I do? *im bad at typing out what happened but I tried my hardest for this post I just need advice :(*
