Iron supplements during period??
Hi so I used to take birthcontrol that had iron supplements for the sugar pills but now I’m no longer taking a birth control that has sugar pills at the end and I’ve noticed my periods are way worse now. Can women take over the counter iron supplements during their period? I’m scared I’m gonna take them and it’s gonna mess up my birth control.
