Cramps & strong Braxton Hicks

I’m 39 weeks today and I’ve been so incredibly crampy lately. I’ve had Braxton Hicks since week 17 but they’ve been painful the last couple of days. This is my 3rd baby and I’ve never felt a contraction so I don’t know if I’m now experiencing real contractions or just really strong Braxton Hicks lol. They’ll come every 10 minutes for about 2 hours and then they’ll die off but man.. it’s hard to breathe through them. Only dilated to a 1. I was really hoping to experience some sort of labor on my own but it looks like I’ll have my scheduled c section Monday. 😕 just venting.
