Implantation or MC?

Received BFP at 10dpo, currently 12dpo. Started cramping with light spotting at 10dpo but the lines on FRER tests have continued to get darker each day. Is this implantation bleeding or miscarriage? I’ve had two MC this year and trying not to worry too much. I went to my GP this morning to get my bloods checked out.
