Not saying she is but does it sound fake

Thsi girl ever since freshman year has always made up lies so I feel this sounds fake, today she posted that she was a good mama even though she was young well she's never posted she had a baby so I asked her and this is what she had to say I feel that she's telling lies and it irritates me only because I've had a miscarriage and it's not something to just make up like it's heartbreaking. But why I think she's lying about the child is one she was never born or lived in California I've talked with her family, two she's never talked about this and three she didn't even start her period till 13 I've know her since I was in 8th grade. But I'm not judging maybe it's real but would you think it's fake
