Dilated and effacing!!!
I just wanna give you mammas some hope ! I went into active labor and when I went into triage to be examined I was less than a finger tip dilated.. my contractions were intense and 4 mins apart so they kept me an hour to see, and within an hour I was 2.5! All this to say that no matter what those cervical checks say, you could be waiting weeks or minutes to meet your little 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 it literally happens so quick
