Snapping at my neighbor

We live in the woods so everyone is pretty spread out. This neighbor though has rubbed me the wrong way for three years. Newest insult is she came over and told my my infant has a helmet because I have him the carseat too much.... He has one because of a birth defects and we don't go in the truck but maybe 2 times a week I'm a stay at home mom. She told me then it's because he doesn't do tummy time....I asked what she needed. She asked me to house sit for her. I agreed.

So I was over her home last night went over her garbage, turned off water, 4 cat litter boxes, and her 5 CATS! She couldn't find her key to give me, told her that's fine leave it under the plant by her door. Her son is still home for another day and we live in deep in the woods no one is going up their driveway without us knowing. I repeated this 3 times to her and left.

This morning she is on my front porch looking into my windows then yelling at 8:30.

I was sitting in front of the window half naked pumping holding my infant. She woke up my toddler now.

I went to the door and told her I was busy that I asked her not to come to my home this morning and shut the door.

I feel like she has done nothing but insult me since I've bought my home and now she is invading my privacy in my home by looking into my home. I sent her a text explaining the situation and her response is been there done that. Not ok.

Not sure what I am looking for but I am so sick of this woman. Other neighbors have warned me about her I have been trying to be kind but she doesn't get it.
