Second Loss and Possible Ectopic

I'm 22 years old, almost 23. At 20 I had my first miscarriage at around 8 weeks, I had started bleeding at week 6 and they didn't know why or how to stop it. So at around 7w4days I had passed clots and at 8 weeks it was a confirmed miscarriage. Now 2 years later I had taken 2 over the counter tests that both came back positive and I estimated I was about 5 weeks. So during the week that had passed I've been cramping on and off, very light and intermittent so I didn't think anything of it. Two days ago I just felt off, I knew I wasn't sick, and I wasn't cramping that day, and no bleeding. Just felt off. But today around noon I went to the bathroom and found blood when I wiped. Not much, but enough to worry me due to the last time. So I went to the E.R , and after some pokes and prods it was confirmed. Baby wasn't there. My levels aren't where they are supposed to be and they couldn't find ANYTHING on the ultrasound.

They said that there's worry for an ectopic pregnancy, and that literally terrifies me.
